School pictures are in and any orders should have come home with your child last week.  O’Connor Studios will be at Greenwood on Monday, November 17th to do individual picture retakes for students who were absent or would like a new photo taken.  Please have your child bring their original photos with them to school on that day.

Get your costumes and dancing feet ready for this annual family event! The Greenwood Halloween Party will be held Saturday, October 25th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Americal Civic Center.  A Family Ticket is $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Click here to buy your family ticket in advance

School Pictures - Save the Date

O’Connor Studios will be at Greenwood to take individual student photos and class photos on Monday, October 6th.  Information about photo packages available for purchase will be emailed to families directly by O’Connor prior to that date. 

PTO Committee Chairs and Class Parents are asked to attend this important information session at 7 p.m. at Main Street Grille & Taphouse. We will review roles and guidelines for this year, go over fundraising/financial policies, answer questions, and identify needed support. It is important that all chairs and volunteers are aware of district, school, and PTO policies, as we work to bring more programming back this year!

Anyone interested in chairing or serving on a committee this year is welcome to attend this Information Session!

On Wednesday, June 18, we will hold our Fourth Grade Walk of Fame starting at 11:50 a.m. Fourth graders will take their final (official) walk through the halls of the Greenwood School to the rousing cheers of their fellow Gators.  Fourth-grade families are asked to create a “cheer tunnel” outside the back door to greet the kids enthusiastically as they officially exit the building for the last time.  It’s going to be exciting!

The last day of school for Kindergarten will be Monday, June 16. This will be an early release day for Kindergarten only. Kindergarten students will be dismissed at 11:55 a.m., with no lunch served for Kindergarten on that day.  Please note: Wakefield Academy is not available for Kindergarten students on this day - all Kindergarten students must be picked up at dismissal.

Greenwood Field Day is scheduled for Thursday, June 12 at 12:00.
